Why we donate 3% of the revenue from our sales?

Where do our donations go to?

3% of our sales go to different organizations as donations for the less fortunate. From Animals Shelters, Handicapped Organization, and Public Hospitals to Elderly Homes, and Kids Organization, we are doing our bit to shape a better tomorrow.

What crafting techniques do we use for our products?

Our products are a fine blend of modernity and tradition. We use techniques such as traditional macrame, crochet, hand-braiding, hand-embroidery to create durable and timeless pieces of art.

How long does it take to ship our products?

We offer quality and reliability while remaining competitive in shipping time.

Even though our products are handcrafted with the utmost care, we make it a point to ship within 3 business days. However, Tweak Tote and Aura Bucket Bag which require meticulous work can take up to 5 business days.

What is our shipping policy?

Thought our products were great? Since you guys are such great customers, we have more in store for you. For every custom product worth more than 62 USD, we provide free shipping worldwide. Our main carrier is DHL Express, one of the fastest delivery services in the world. For local locations we ship within 1-3 business days and for others, it takes between 3-5 business days.

Certainly fast considering our products are hand-crafted individually, right?

What is our refund policy?

MUUNSAN as a brand is committed to the environment, sustainability, and reducing wastage which is why we don’t do refunds. Our customers share the same philosophy and if you love the planet, you will too.

We believe in a slow and stable process that supports the craftsmanship of our women crafters and helps us grow our business organically. Our mission is to create eco-friendly goods without generating waste which is why we do not keep any excess stock.

Each piece is handmade individually by our crafters and your support and contribution make it possible. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, write to us at welcome@muunsan.com and we will do our best to sort it out.

The only exception to this policy is our Tweak Tote which is reusable.

To make the most out of your buying experience and reduce waste in the process, we offer an extra option for our Tweak Tote. Since the paracord used for this product is huge, we let your reuse it instead of throwing it away.

All you need to do is keep it for 90 Days ( We will notify you via email ) and send it back to us (The shipping charges are borne by the customer).

We will remake it into another bag (Aura Bucket Bag) and ship it back to you. 

Tweak Tote is the most expensive product in our store but you get to use two amazing products for the price of one. Sounds like an amazing deal, doesn’t it?
