We recommend wearing this style a bit larger than your foot length, about 0.5 - 1 cm. ROQA Platform Sandals has duo size, so if you are size 36, an insole of 24 cm (36 -37) is workable.

How to measure your foot length

1. Trace the outline of each foot on a piece of paper 
2. Use a ruler and measure the foot length in a straight line from the heel point to the longest toe point
3. Find out your measurement in millimeters
4. If one foot is longer than the other, take the larger measurement
